Recital Date Change!
The Opus Spring Recital is now set for Saturday, April 15, 2023 at the Hacienda Heights Community Center.
Recital Times:
Program 1: 11:00 AM
Program 2: 12:30 PM
Program 3: 2:30 PM
Program 4: 4:00 PM
Stay tuned for an email with the registration link to reserve a performance spot for the recital. In the meantime, students are encouraged to begin thinking about what piece they would like to play for the recital, and begin working on it with their teacher!
Our recitals are open to all active Opus students and we encourage all of our students to perform in the recital. Show off your music skills to your friends and family while building your self confidence performing on stage. All skill levels and instruments are welcome!
Student Spotlight: Gia R.
This month’s student spotlight is on 8 year old Gia R., a piano student at Opus of Ms. Jinette’s! Her favorite thing about her teacher is that she plays a lot of instruments and she also dresses cool! She says she has a special talent of being able to remember music notes in her head, then figure it out by playing the keys on the piano. Congrats on your achievement, Gia! 🎉
